I received a DUI in Nebraska in 2000 will that show in California where I live now on a background check?

Since It Happened out of state and eight years ago Should I even state it in my records to a future employer?

    Yes, They look in the NCIC. . . . . . . . . you can not get away with it in any state. It’s only on-record on your DMV. Note Any other record. If you go to Apply For A Job That Does not Need to check your driving record, you should be ok
