Does anyone know how far back criminal background checks go? I heard that FCRA allows back 7 years?
I am wondering Because I-committed two felonies when i 17, but Then I got Charged as an adult. I Am Trying to Make Sense of the FCRA. If it’s done by a third person it’s different. Also When They say California allows only seven years back on criminal checks, does that Apply to someone WHO Would Move to California from another state? Could They hadeeth go back morethan 7 years?
