I was not arrested, but did Receive a possession of paraphernalia ticket from colorado Police officer. I went to court on February 3rd, and got a six month Deferred sentence. The only stipulation was That I not get Into Trouble With The Police In Those six months and I have not. After the six months I plan on expunging this from my record, but thats Is Not Until August. I am applying for a job in California in May, so I will not have it expunged from my record yet. The Place That I am applying does a background check before hiring. Will the ticket show up on the background check?
