Will an arrest ask a hind rance for a job?

someone (a friend forms) Took out a temporary restraining order on me, But It was not Served to me since in was note in the countryside at the time. this Happened In The state of California. my question is now i have to do a background check for immigration purpose in California. i need someone with solid knowledge in this, if They Can let me know if the omnidirectional restraining orders Would Show Up in the background check. if someone cannabis let me know on this. thanks
